EE (including T Mobile and Orange) and Vodafone also offer an add-on for inclusive 08 calls.

You can also check whether or not calls to 0870 numbers will be charged by your provider, by simply making a short call (for less than a minute). Then check on your online bill details/breakdown to make sure that your 0870 call package minutes are inclusive.
If your call plan does not inclue 0870 calls then your calls to our 0870 number is charged at 13p/min plus your phone company’s access charge.

You must have the bill payer’s permission before using the service. Calls may be made from your call plan inclusive 0870 numbers minutes or are charged at 13p/min plus your phone company’s access charge if you do not have inclusive 0870 minutes in your call plan. 
If you are making a long call please hang up after 59 minutes and re-dial.
Do not exceed 1000 minutes per month or 100 calls per month as your provider may charge you if you exceed those limits.
